Posterous site has been quiet for a while so thought I’d pipe up. Still working away. I ended grabbing the 4sq mayorship of my LA Fitness which I didn’t expect. Currently at 39 check-ins since #fatoff10 started. Pretty psyched about that. Had a couple of issues with a strained rhomboid and some knee pain.
